Graduate Students
Prospective Students
If interested, please apply to the Ph.D. program and specify your interest in working in the Rosen Group within your application materials. Graduate students from any department are welcome to consider the group, although special consideration will be given to students pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering or Materials Science and Engineering.
Admitted Students
If you have already been offered admission or are already a student at Princeton, please e-mail Prof. Rosen to learn more about current opportunities in the group. It is highly encouraged that first-year graduate students who are interested in the group apply for any graduate fellowships (e.g. NSF GRFP, NDSEG, DOE CSGF) if eligible, for which Prof. Rosen will provide personalized guidance and feedback.
Postdoctoral Researchers
Individuals interested in pursuing postdoctoral research in the group should apply to one or more of the university-sponsored fellowships at Princeton for consideration. A representative list can be found in our group handbook. For applications that require a nomination, please e-mail Prof. Rosen with the following information: the fellowship you wish to apply for, a copy of your CV, and a few sentences about what you hope to research while in the group.
Undergraduates
Research projects are occasionally available for undergraduate students at Princeton. In most scenarios, undergraduates earn course credit for their research in the group (e.g. via a junior independent work or senior thesis course). We welcome students from any department at Princeton. If interested, feel free to e-mail Prof. Rosen to learn more about possible openings. In your e-mail, please attach a résumé or CV and mention any areas of interest you may have. Some Python programming experience is generally required. Additional details can be found in our group handbook.
